      I have had death/deaf on my list for a long time - but it's likely to manifest in a much stranger way than "deaf threats".

      I think I finally got it, thanks to the comment above. It's not about 'I' in the second panel, it's about 'Idea' - Eye-deer. I've been staring myself blind at "unlawful" and trying to make sense of it for days.
