I know these dudes might not be mediums but Allison Dubois has a monopoly on google's image search so we will never know what non-tv mediums look like. You can blame her.
ALSO, THERE ARE TEARS IN EVERY PANEL BECAUSE I KNOW THAT'S ALL YOU CARE ABOUT
EDIT: I believe Patrick Jane from the Mentalist stole this joke from me and now I hate him even though he is a fictional character.
IF YOU ARE HERE TO TELL ME THAT I MISSED AN APOSTROPHE, YOU ARE TOO LATE.
ReplyDeleteI already know.
What about Russell Grant?
ReplyDeletewher is the joke
ReplyDeleteNah, 'wher' isn't the joke. It's not even a word (or, at least, it's not a word anyone still alive has ever used).
ReplyDeleteFinding one would be medium rare, would you say?
ReplyDeleteProbably not. I don't usually talk about these things.
ReplyDeleteTears are your thing.
ReplyDeleteThe only people who read this comic are you friends or people who know you from Aussie-Nintendo.
(The latter are not your friends)
I'm south africanese! :D
DeleteI think that the fact that more than 60% of the views are from other countries means that other people do actually read it (god knows why).
ReplyDeleteMost of my friends are too shit to check it.
1 person cannot be represented as 60%.
ReplyDeleteI find it hard to believe that one person is able to simultaneously visit this site from 10 different countries, but okay!
ReplyDeleteI use proxy servers located in 10 different countries, sorry to get your hopes up bro.
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry you wasted your time refreshing 20,000 times.
ReplyDeleteI just set it to auto-refresh.
ReplyDeleteF**k u guys, leave a link with something better than he does and let us see it. We'll see how 1 visitor makes up 100% of your weekly visits. Keep up the good work octo-man!
ReplyDeleteI too am your fan! And I promise I do not know you! : )
ReplyDeleteThis is stolen from a Wrinkle in Time!
ReplyDeleteReally? :|
ReplyDeleteIs a Wrinkle in Time anything like TMNT: Turtles in Time?
^ Woah, I was talking about how good that game was the night before I read this comic.
ReplyDeleteTears are what make this comic readabloe. Thanks for the lot of them =D
ReplyDeleteI discovered octopuns 5 minutes ago and I.... I think I'm in love!
ReplyDeleteHERE IS A KEY TO MY APARTMENT, SOME ROSES, AND... MY HEART.
I'm not entirely sure why I'd need a key to some roses, but I will gracefully take the key to your apartment and the key to your heart.
ReplyDeleteI'm from Brazil, I'm pretty sure that I represented some of these 60% readers from other coumtries. Sorry for the mistakes, I was studying hard to get better with english but than i took an arrow in the knee :~
ReplyDelete*-* I love Allison, and this comic. That is all
ReplyDeleteI'm part of the 60% of the readers from other countries. I discovered your comic a few days ago. I haven't taken any arrows in the knee because I'm not one of those guys who repeat old jokes until the become hideous. My knee is intact, and so is my sense of humour.
ReplyDeleteKeep up the good work!
In the interest of full disclosure, I made that percentage up.
DeleteWHAT IS THE PUN!!!!??? I WILL NOT MOVE ON TO THE NEXT COMIC UNTIL I KNOW!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteDear latest Anonymous,
ReplyDeleteI will free you from the chains that keep you here, so you can move on the the glory of Octopun #60.
You see, a "medium" is the term for a person in the natural world who is connected to the spiritual world, usually in a way that allows them to speak with the dead. They often sell this skill as a service to those who wish to speak to lost loved ones, like, for instance, a grandmother.
All of the mediums in this comic are crying.
Therefore, they are not happy mediums.
... And if you understood that but not the other side of the pun...
"Finding a happy medium" is a term used to describe achieving a state that is not on either extreme, but somewhere reasonable, or in the middle.
These concepts were combined to construct one the the most magnificent puns that has ever been.
You're a true hero.
Deletethe legs.... only six... i feel violated.
ReplyDeleteThis is must be a "hex"apun then
DeleteOctopuns, can I make you a Facebook? Your stuff is too funny.
ReplyDeleteI love playing on words (which is a pun in itself), and also, I love octopi. Weird? Maybe.
P.S. Can we be friends?
P.S.S. Can I make you a Facebook? This needs to be shared with the world?
P.S.S.S. Why am I just now learning about Octopuns?
P.S.S.S.S. You're awesome.
